Najell has recently relocated its office to accommodate its expanding workforce, marking a significant milestone in the company's growth journey. Originally starting in a small office space in Ideon, Lund, in 2012, the Swedish baby brand has seen steady growth over the years.
In 2023, Najell experienced substantial expansion, doubling its workforce and hiring 15 new team members across various departments such as design, marketing, supply chain, finance, and sales. This surge in employees necessitated a move to a larger, centrally located office space in Lund.

The new office is situated in central Lund, about 600 sqm overlooking Stortorget in Lund. The office layout is designed to create inter-team learning, mixing so that each room has team members from different teams.
“We want to create inter-team knowledge sharing and believe that this allows us to understand more of the brand as a whole.” Niklas continues.
